ADAMEK SPARS WITH MALIK SCOTT

Tomasz Adamek (41-1, 27 KO) prepares himself to the bout with Michael Grant (46-3, 34 KO) at Rocky Marciano Gym in Jersey City. After 201-centimetre Faruq Saleem (38-1, 32 KO), the Polish heavyweight invited  8 centimetres shorter Malik Scott (32-0, 11 KO) to his training camp. The head coach of Adamek Team is experienced Roger Bloodworth.

- Roger Bloodworth is very contented because the pace of separated sparring rounds is high and shows really good preparation of my organism - Adamek said. - Saleem admits that watching me on TV and seeing live in the ring are two different things. He meant my quick blows, good movement and dodges. He claims that he doesn't know from which side he should expect danger.

Adamek's sparring sessions started three weeks ago. Tall sparring partners of the Pole have to imitate the next opponent's style. 30-year-old Scott, undefeated as a professional, had also a successful amateur career during which he managed to defeat DaVarryl Williamson and Jason Estrada. The career finished with an impressive record 70-3.
